• Update or remove listings that are no longer available
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers/tenants

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using our platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Interfering with the security features of our website
• Collecting user information without consent
• Posting spam, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempting to circumvent any access restrictions
• Using automated systems to access our services without permission

6. Fees and Payments

No Brokerage: Property listing on our platform is free of brokerage fees. We charge only for optional professional services you choose to purchase.

Service Fees: Prices for our professional services are clearly displayed. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (PayU).

Refund Policy: Service fees are non-refundable unless the service cannot be delivered due to our fault. Please contact us for refund inquiries.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of getBrokerfree and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
